Planning a Successful Troop Meeting 
 
If you are preparing a Troop meeting, you can use the attached form to plan for the event. Once completed, you can send it to your Scoutmaster (Eric Augustyn & John Babyak). Once revised, it will be published on the web for all other Scouts to know what's coming. After the meeting, we will ask the attending Scouts to send us their feed-back. This will help us planning and running better Troop meetings.
 

The Process:
 
1. Download the Troop Meeting Planner form (see example below)
 
2. Fill up the form with your ideas
 
3. e-mail the form to  Eric Augustyn & John Babyak
 
4. Mr. Johnson and the Assistant Scoumaster will send you back comments / suggestions
 
5. We will publish the finalized plan in the Calendar and Events section
 
6. Run the Troop Meeting and ask Scouts what they liked (or not). They will be able to send a feed-back using the web form in the event section.
